The three-day Iran-Russia Business Forum is scheduled to be held in the Russian capital Moscow in May. The forum, which will open on May 12 and then resume on May 24-25, is aimed at promoting trade ties between Iran and Russia in a wide range of areas, including construction, energy, food, agriculture, insurance, banking, transportation, tourism and engineering sectors, Mehr News Agency reported. The three-day event is organized by Iran’s Pars Pegah Tejarat Company in cooperation with several regional Russian chambers of commerce. The impact of the removal of western sanctions against Iran on promotion of trade ties between Iran and Russia, as well as other Commonwealth of Independent States, tops the forum’s agenda.
