Apparel Smuggling at $1.5b

Close to $1.5 billion worth of clothing have been smuggled into the country so far this Iranian year (to end March 19, 2016), says the head of the Ministry of Industries, Mining and Trade’s Textile and Apparel Bureau, Golnaz Nassrollahi, adding that legal imports stood at only $10 million, IRNA reported.
