Iran’s Trade Expo in Ashgabat

About 100 Iranian companies are expected to take part in Iran’s three-day exclusive trade and industrial exhibition in Turkmenistan, which opens in Ashgabat on Monday, with the aim of promoting Iranian exports to its northern neighbor. Participants are showcasing their latest products and services in various industrial areas, including food, construction, oil and engineering services, IRNA quoted Darvish Ali Hassanzadeh, an official with the event’s organizer, namely the Trade Promotion Organization of Golestan Province, as saying. Iran and Turkmenistan are planning to increase bilateral trade from the current rate of $4 billion in the next 10 years.
