Toy Imports at $3m a Month

Iran imports $3 million worth of toys monthly, an Iranian official said. IRNA also quoted Mohammad Hossein Farjou as saying that foreign products account for 90% of Iran’s toy market. “The per capita toy expenditure of an Iranian household is $5 a year for every child, whereas the global average stands at $34,” he said.
