Combating Fruit Smuggling

As decreed by the Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, combating fruit smuggling is a national duty, says deputy agricultural minister, Mohammad Ali Tahmasebi. “Imports of all types of fruits other than tropical fruits, such as bananas, pineapples, coconuts and mangos, amount to smuggling,” IRNA quoted him as saying.
