Iranian Team in Holland

Tehran and Amsterdam have discussed the expansion of bilateral trade ties during a meeting between the chairman of Iran’s chamber of commerce Gholamreza Shafei and his Ducth counterpart in the Hague. The Iranian delegation has hold meetings with several top officials from the Dutch public and private sectors. They also plan to attend two separate expert-level sessions with businessmen and heads of Iranian-Dutch companies to review joint areas of cooperation. During the past two decades, the Netherlands has been one of Iran’s leading trade partners in Europe. At least 65 Dutch companies have economic ties with Tehran.
