Some 1.6 million tons of goods, namely 1.4 million tons of non-oil products and 200,000 tons of oil commodities, were handled at Kish Port from March to October, Mohammad Jahanshahi-Nasab, the head of Kish Island’s Ports and Maritime Organization, said. Kish is a Persian Gulf island in the south of Iran, which enjoys free trade zone status, IRNA reported.
