French aquaculture firm Aqualande will invest €10 million in setting up a major trout farm in Lorestan Province. “Upon the establishment of the farm, 250 million trout eggs will be produced annually,” said Aqualande CEO Vincent Petit during a visit to the western province on Tuesday, Mehr News Agency reported. Lorestan ranks first in the production of cold-water fish among Iran’s non-coastal provinces.
