Iran and India signed a memorandum of understanding to expand bilateral economic ties. The MoU was signed in a meeting between India’s Commerce Secretary Rita Teaotia and Iran’s deputy minister of industries, mining and trade, Valiollah Afkhamirad, in India on Thursday, IRNA reported. Afkhamirad, who is heading a trade delegation to India, arrived there on Tuesday night.
