East Azarbaijan Exports

Over $133 million worth of agricultural products were exported from East Azarbaijan Province during the seven-month period ending October 22, according to the Agricultural Jihad Organization of the northwestern province. The figure, which constitutes 12% of total non-oil exports from East Azarbaijan, shows a 4% rise compared to last year’s corresponding period. The exports mainly included honey, dried fruit, peas, raisins, dairy products and apple, which were mostly dispatched to Russia, the UAE, Spain, Armenia, Turkey and Egypt, IRNA reported.
