Iranian commercial attachés will soon be dispatched to Germany, Italy, France and Spain, says an official with the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran. Up until now, 21 commercial attachés have been sent to different countries, Reza Abbasqoli was quoted as saying by IRNA, adding that envoys to European countries will be commissioned in the next few days. “Foreign investment attraction, transfer of European technology to Iran and joint production of goods with prominent global brands are main issues on the agenda of Iranian attachés,” he said. After the July nuclear deal between Iran and world powers, Iran has increasingly sought to reestablish trade ties with foreign partners through commercial attachés.
