160 S. African Delegates Due

Deputy President of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa is due to arrive in Tehran on Saturday at the head of a 160-member trade delegation, announced deputy foreign minister for Arab and African affairs Hossein Amir Abdollahian, adding that the visit comes at the invitation of First Vice President Es’haq Jahangiri. South African industrialists and representatives of the country’s private sector will also meet with their Iranian counterparts, IRNA quoted Amir-Abdollahian as saying. “The visit will set the stage for the one by South African President Jacob Zuma in the near future,” he said. “We are determined to expand our relations with African countries in the post-sanctions era.”
