Iran-China trade in the first nine months of 2015 fell 34% compared with last year’s corresponding period to stand at $26.67 billion, registering a surplus in favor of China after years of positive trade balance for Iran, Donya-e-Eqtesad daily cited China’s General Administration of Customs data. Imports from China declined 26% to stand at $13.8 billion while exports to China stood at $12.88 billion, registering a 41% drop, the data show.
