Promoting Int’l Commerce

Twenty-five commercial attachés will be sent to Germany, France, Italy and Spain by late December, says deputy minister of industries, mining and trade, and the head of Trade Promotion Organization of Iran, Valiollah Afkhamirad, adding that the move is aimed at bolstering trade ties with the European countries. Many of the Iranian attachés returned home due to strained commercial ties with the world after sanctions were intensified, Mehr News agency quoted him as saying. “The number of attachés has risen from seven at the beginning of President Hassan Rouhani’s office to 17,” he added.
