The bill to establish two new free zones of Sistan (in southeast Iran) and Baneh-Marivan (near the western border) was passed by the High Council of Iran Free Trade-Industrial Zone on Monday and will be sent to the parliament for approval soon, announced First Vice President Es’haq Jahangiri, Mehr News Agency reported.
