About 19 million tons of oil and non-oil goods were imported via land and sea borders during the first half of the current Iranian year (started March 21), indicating an 8% decrease compared to the similar period of last year, says director general of Information Technology Organization of Iran, Faramarz Maddah. According to the official, Bazargan in Kermanshah Province, Astara in Gilan Province and Mirjaveh in Sistan-Baluchestan Province were the most active border terminals, while Turkey and Azerbaijan were the main exporters during the six-month period.
