The first half of the current Iranian year (started March 21) saw a 58% rise in the shipment of goods to and from three customs department of the northern province of Mazandaran compared to the same period of last year, according to a report by the provincial General Administration of Customs.  Around 114,000 tons of commodities worth $112.64 million were handled via customs of Amirabad Port, Fereydunkenar and Noshahr combined. The figure shows 66% and 58% rise in terms of weight and value respectively, IRNA reported.
