The 10th Iran Plast Fair opened for registration of firms in the fields of petrochemicals on September 26, announced the manager of the exhibition, Mohammad Maghare, adding that the process will end on September 30.
According to the official, top Asian and European players have lined up to register at the exhibition, as Iran is gearing up for a new economic climate following the lifting of western sanctions imposed against the country over its nuclear program as part of the landmark nuclear deal reached with world powers back in July.
The organizer of the world’s largest trade fair for plastics and rubber, Germany’s K Show, announced on Sunday that it will organize international exhibitor participation in the upcoming Iran Plast Fair.
Maghare added that exchange of modern technologies, marketing for petrochemical products, methods to reduce energy consumption in the industry and promotion of the value chain of petrochemical products are the main issues set to be addressed at the exhibition.
Iran Plastic Fair, hosted by the country’s National Petrochemicals Industry Company every year with the aim of developing and promoting petrochemical downstream industries, is scheduled for April 13-17, 2016 in Tehran.
The biannual exhibition in Iran is the biggest in the fields of raw materials, machinery, moulds, auxiliaries and services for plastics and rubber industries.
