Coop. in Tobacco Industry With N. Korea

During a meeting between Ambassador of North Korea to Iran Kang Sam Hyun and managing director of Iranian Tobacco Company, Mohammad Hossein Barkhordar, in Tehran on Saturday, the two sides discussed joint ventures between the two countries’ tobacco companies and the exchange of modern industry technologies. The North Korean envoy pointed to Iran’s considerable potential in tobacco industry and called for bolstering trade and cooperation in the sector. Barkhordar said Iran welcomes expanding trade ties with North Korea, IRNA reported.
