Corn stover registered the highest volume among imported goods during the first five months of the current Iranian year (started March 21) followed by soybean meal, soybeans and wheat respectively, IRNA quoted Director General of Exports Bureau at Iran Customs Administration, Hassan Alidousti, as saying on Monday. The official added that more than 13.8 million tons of goods valued at $17 billion were imported during the period mainly from China, the United Arab Emirates, South Korea, Turkey and India.
