A delegation of businesspeople and investors from the Czech Republic led by the European country’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Lubomir Zaoralek met with members of Isfahan Chamber of Trade, Industries, Mining and Agriculture on Sunday to scope out mutual trade opportunities. Zaoralek referred to historical diplomatic and economic ties between Iran and the Czech Republic and said the visit would open “a new chapter” in the two countries’ relations, IRNA reported. The Czech minister, accompanied by a 70-strong trade delegation, arrived in Isfahan on Friday and was received by Governor General Rasoul Zargarpour. Zaoralek is scheduled to meet his Iranian counterpart Mohammad Javad Zarif in Tehran later on Sunday.
