Organizing Clothing Market

The Ministry of Industries, Mines and Trade has issued an announcement urging apparel importers and retailers to register their business information with the ministry’s database until September 18 or face prosecution, Mehr News Agency reported on Wednesday. The announcement is part of a plan prepared by the ministry to organize the distribution of clothing in the market and fight smuggling. Businesses will have to provide the ministry with monthly reports on the details of their transactions so that the ministry can keep track of the products and undertake proper actions in case any illegally imported products are traded.
