In a meeting between Croatian Ambassador to Iran Striebor Keric and the head of Alborz Province’s Chamber of Trade, Industries, Mining and Agriculture Rahim Bana Molayi on Thursday, the two sides discussed expanding cooperation and trade ties. “Alborz Province possesses great industrial and production capabilities and Croatia is eager to increase bilateral trade and industrial cooperation,” IRNA quoted Striebor Keric as saying. Keric expressed his country’s readiness for cooperation in food industry, information technology, oil and gas, naval engineering and automobile production, noting that a Croatian trade delegation will visit Alborz Province in November. Molayi, for his part, welcomed the prospect of increased trade ties with Croatia and emphasized Alborz Province’s industrial capabilities especially in production of foodstuffs such as pasta.
