Mashhad-Dubai Flight Takes Off

Emirates Airlines’ Mashhad-Dubai flight is scheduled to take off on Tuesday, said the managing director of Khorasan Razavi Airports Company, Mohammad-Bagher Ghasem-Zadeh. According to the official, a 330 Airbus will be travelling the new route to and from Mashhad’s Shahid Hashemi Nezhad International Airport with the passenger capacity of 237 people on all weekdays except Saturday and Thursday.  The airport, currently hosting 21 international flights with 16 foreign airlines, transports more than 8 million passengers per year, IRNA reported. Mashhad is the second most populous city in Iran after Tehran and the capital of Khorasan Razavi Province.
