Iran and Tajikistan have signed a memorandum on cooperation in the field of air transport, AKIpress reported. According to the agreement, the frequency of regular flights will be increased to 10 flights per week, said director general for the Legal and International Affairs of the Iranian Civil Aviation Organization Morad Esmaeili. The regular flights will be operated by Aseman airlines and Mahan airlines based in Iran, as well as Tajik Air and Somon Air based in Tajikistan. In addition to the regular flights, Tajikistan and Iran consider offering charter flights, he added.
