4-Month Transit Data

More than 4 million tons of goods crossed Iran’s borders in the first four months of the current Iranian year (started March 21), over half of which were oil products, according to the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development. The most active border terminals in the four-month period were Parviz Khan, Imam Khomeini Port, Bandar Abbas, Bashmagh, Lotf Abad, Bazargan and Sarakhs, IRNA reported. About 63% of the transit was handled by Iran while Iraq and Turkey accounted for 10% each.
