Trade Agreement With Afghans

Head of Islamic Republic of Iran’s Customs Administration Masoud Karbasian and a visiting Afghan delegation headed by director general of Customs Administration Department of Afghanistan Najibullah Wardak drafted a trade agreement in a meeting on Tuesday. “We have taken steps to address issues hindering goods transportation to Afghanistan. Following our recent agreements with International Road Transport Union, trade documents will henceforth be exchanged online, which will considerably accelerate the trade process,” IRNA quoted Karbasian as saying. The Afghan official for his part, hailed the nuclear deal reached between Iran and world powers as an opportunity to step up bilateral trade.
