The removal of sanctions imposed on Iran by the United States, the European Union and the United Nations would ease imports related to the agriculture sector such as high-quality seeds and pesticide, said the deputy head of Iranian farmers’ association known as Farmer’s House. “Now we can pin our hopes on growing better agricultural products which would help us have a stronger presence in the international market,” Eghtesad News quoted Enayatollah Biyabani as saying. Farmer’s House is a non-governmental guild and a member of Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. It has scientific relations with several relevant world research centers.
