More than $4.62 billion worth of goods were exported to China, Iraq, the United Arab Emirates, India, Afghanistan, Turkey and Turkmenistan in the first two months of the current Iranian year (started March 21), according to Trade Promotion Organization of Iran. China ranked first among export destinations with $1.41 billion worth of imports from Iran, accounting for 26.2% of Iran’s total export value, IRNA reported. Iraq with $909 million, the United Arab Emirates with $815 million and India with $461 million accounted for 16.9%, 15.1% and 8.5% of the total export value and ranked second, third and fourth, respectively.
