Thirty Iranian companies are set to hold an exclusive exhibition titled Iran Expo 2015 in Aktau Port, Kazakhstan July 22-24, announced governor of Mazandaran Province, Rabi Fallah. As IRNA reported, companies based in North Khorasan, Khorasan Razavi, Mazandaran, Golestan provinces, will offer their products and services in the fields of industry, construction, energy, food industry, livestock and poultry, textile and engineering. According to Fallah, the event is aimed at taking advantage of incentives offered by Aktau Port, such as low trade tariffs, to boost trade ties with Kazakhstan. Iran-Kazakhstan trade over the past Iranian year (ended March 20) registered a $126-million surplus in favor of Iran. Kazakhstan is Iran’s 10th importer as Iran’s exports to the CIS country reached $210 million during the period.
