Iranian chicken labeled with Halal brand made its debut in Oman this Ramadan, said the secretary general of Iran-Oman Joint Chamber of Commerce. “Iran has the potential to replace Brazil as one of the major exporters of chicken to the Arab country,” ISNA cited Ahmad Shirzadian as saying. He added that Iranian eggs have also found their place in the Omani market lately. “Oman seeks to directly invest in Iran’s production of fodder. A visit to our farmlands by an Omani delegation is scheduled for next month,” said the official.
