Iranian companies are managing $4.2 billion worth of housing, cement and oil projects in Iraq, according to Iran’s commercial attaché to Iran, Mohammad Rezazadeh. “Two 6,000-unit and 1,000-unit housing projects are under construction by Iranian companies, while three cement factories have already become operational in Iraq’s Maysan, Wasit and Muthanna provinces,” Mehr News Agency quoted him as saying.
