The Government Trading Corporation of Iran (GTC) has been officially merges with the agriculture ministry, reported Tasnim news agency. The annexation is based on the cabinet’s approval. The GTC is responsible for the necessary facilities in the course of preparation of basic goods and supervising on the distribution network of soft commodities. It was formerly run by the ministry of industry, mines, and trade.
