Governor of the northwestern East Azarbaijan Province Esmaeil Jabbarzadeh and parliamentary chairman of the Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan Vasif Talibov signed a 12-article memorandum of understanding on Tuesday to expand mutual cooperation, IRNA reported. Based on the MoU, both sides have agreed to cooperate in agriculture, tourism, health and exchange of technology, technical and engineering services. Provision of incentives to East Azarbaijan’s private businesses to increase exports to Nakhchivan were also agreed upon by the signatories.
