An exhibition of Iranian products is scheduled to be held in Lagos, Nigeria, early June, Tasnim News Agency reported. The products fall in four main categories of building and construction industry (including furniture and decoration), infrastructures (oil and petrochemical industry), health and medicine, and food industry. “More than 40 companies producing a variety of goods such as tile and ceramics, automobile, cement, car tire, and confectioneries intend to participate in the expo,” said Mohammad Kani, a member of the exhibition management team. The value of annual trade between Iran and Nigeria is about $50 million, according to the Iranian Ambassador to Nigeria Saeid Kouzechi. “We have plans to expand bilateral trade and economic cooperation in the areas of air transportation, power generation and petrochemical industries”, said the ambassador.
