The 3rd International Exhibition of Rail Transportation will be held in Tehran’s permanent fairground on May 17-20. According to Mehr news agency the venue for this year’s exhibition will be twice as large while the number of domestic and foreign exhibitors is expected to grow by 80%. During the four-day event, the participants will showcase the latest technologies, equipment and services for inter-urban and suburban trains, freight transportation, different types of wagons and locomotives. On the sidelines of the exhibition, the 4th International Conference on Recent Advances in Railway Engineering as well as another conference on investment opportunities in railway sector will be held.
