Iran has signed cooperation agreements with Iraqi Kurdistan on various areas including agriculture and construction, IRNA quoted Ali Eghbalpour, deputy consul general of Iran in the Iraqi city of Sulaymaniyah, as saying. The agreements were signed during a visit by governor of Iran’s western Kurdistan province, Abdol-Mohammad Zahedi to Sulaymaniyah. The two sides also agreed to exchange university teachers and students, especially in the field of medicine.
