Iran imported $875 million worth of different commodities from Turkey during the last quarter of the past Iranian calendar year (ended March 20), according to head of Iran-Turkey Joint Chamber of Commerce Jalal Ebrahimi. “Iran’s imports from Turkey include gold, jewelry, apparel, fruits, vegetables, leather products and nuts,” he was quoted by ISNA as saying, noting that Iran has been Turkey’s tenth major trade partner during the past Iranian year.
