Official statistics by Iran Customs Administration show that 10 major customs portals across the country accounted for 84.58% of total imports in terms of weight and 83.85% in terms of value during the 11 months of the previous Iranian calendar year (ended March 20), ISNA reported on Sunday. Shahid Rajaei, Imam Khomeini port, Tehran customs, and Imam Khomeini airport topped the list of ten most active customs portals during the period out of a total of 97 active customs in the country. Goods worth around $40.4 billion were imported through the ten customs during the aforementioned period.
