Al- Etihad Airways, the second largest airline of the United Arab Emirates, is to increase its flights between Abu Dhabi and Tehran from three flights a week to a daily service, as of April 15, 2015, the company’s head of public relations, Behdad Najafi Asadollahi, said on Sunday. “The daily flights will allow Tehran to gain two-way connectivity to almost 50 international destinations on Etihad Airways’ global network across the Persian Gulf region, Africa, Asia, the US and Australia,” he was quoted by IRNA as saying. “Al- Etihad will provide business class as well as economy class flights for the new services,” he added.
