China, Iraq, the UAE , Afghanistan and India have been, on a descending order, the biggest importers of Iranian goods during the first 11 months of the current Iranian calendar year (ending 20 March), according to ISNA news agency. “The countries accounted for 75.2 percent in weight and 67.88 percent in value of Iran’s total exports during the period,” the report added. With 26,722 tons of commodities worth $8.5 billion, China stands on top of the list of major importers from Iran, while India is fifth, with 4,349 tons of commodities valued at $2.1 billion.
