Housing prices are not expected to increase in the coming Iranian calendar year (starting March 21), deputy minister of roads and urban development Hamed Mazaherian told ILNA on Friday. While the market is expected to step out of recession, housing prices will increase less than the inflation rate, the official predicted. The outcome of nuclear negotiations between Iran and the P5+1 group of countries (the US, the UK, France, Russia, China and Germany) will surely have a significant impact on macroeconomic, he suggested.
