As Tehran's residential housing market was experiencing a reversal and coming out of a long recession last year, the capital city's commercial properties market was sinking into stagnancy, official figures indicate.
The number and total floor area of commercial units built in Tehran have fallen, leading to a double-whammy recession both on the supply and demand sides.
