Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index lost 372.69 points or 0.38% on Tuesday compared to the day before to end trade at 96,748.
About 759 million shares valued at $27.84 million changed hands at TSE for the day.
Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.
Saipa Diesel Company was the biggest riser, going up 4.99% to 884 rials per share.
Fanavaran Petrochemical Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies, as it went down 5% to 31,064 rials per share.
Mobarakeh Steel Company was the biggest laggard behind the benchmark’s fall, followed by Jam Petrochemical Company and Iran National Copper Industry Company.
Isfahan Oil Refining Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Mobin Petrochemical Company and Tehran Oil Refining Company.
