Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index gained 119.77 points or 0.12% to end Tuesday trade at 96,314.2.
About 852 million shares valued at $43.28 million changed hands at TSE for the day.
Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.
Offset Press Inc. was the biggest riser, going up 4.99% to 11,625 rials per share.
Saipa Diesel Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies, as it went down 4.76% to 1,041 rials per share.
Mobarakeh Steel Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Iran Khodro Group and Golgohar Mining and Industrial Complex.
Telecommunications Company of Iran was the biggest laggard behind the benchmark’s fall, followed by Tabriz Oil Refining Company and Iran Aluminum Company.
The Price Index gained 38.13 points to close at 30,679.6.
The First Market Index was up 167.29 points to post 68,343.2.
The Second Market Index added 174.19 points to reach 205,478.8.
The Industry Index gathered 114.78 points to register 85,544.9.
The Free Float Index scored 179.54 points to hit 103,070.36.
The TSE 30 gained 11.75 points to settle at 4,265.3 while the TSE 50 was up 6.09 to finish at 4,012.2.
IFX Loses 4.12 Points
Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX gained 4.12 points or 0.38% to close Tuesday trade at 1,078.09.
About 193.64 million securities valued at $269.02 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.
Esfahan Steel Company had the highest number of traded shares, as 31.04 million of its shares were traded.
Pars Paper Industries registered the highest trade value, as 12.32 million of its shares worth $970,016 million were traded.
Amin Reinsurance, Marjankar Company and Parsian Kowsar Hotel registered the highest value increase.
Saman Insurance, Iranian Investment Incorporation and Arfa Steel Company suffered the biggest decline.
Persian Gulf Mining Industries Holding Company, Arfa Steel Company and Damavand Power Generation Company had the most negative impact on IFX.
