IFB Launches Merger & Acquisition Platform

Iran Fara Bourse has launched a merger and acquisition negotiation platform to facilitate the process of public assets’ privatization on the capital market and improve sales transparency, IFB’s managing director said on Monday. “Organizations who seek to privatize their assets, such as Iranian Privatization Organization, banks and Social Security Organization can provide IFB with a detailed list of sellable assets so that they can be listed on the platform to find potential buyers,” Amir Hamouni was also quoted as saying by IFB’s public relations.
