TEDPIX Makes Tepid Gain

Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index gained 178.66 points or 0.18% to end Tuesday trade at 98,103.4.

About 1.36 billion shares valued at $51.5 million changed hands at TSE for the day.

Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.

Techinco was the biggest riser, going up 4.95% to 9,588 rials per share.

Darou Pakhsh Holding incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies, as it went down 9.74% to 9,197 rials per share.

Esfahan Oil Refining Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company and Mobarakeh Steel Company

Fajr Petrochemical Company was the biggest laggard behind the benchmark’s fall, followed by SAIPA Group and National Development Investment Group.

The Price Index gathered 57.14 points to close at 31,330.9.

The First Market Index was up 198.15 points to post 69,680.6. 

The Second Market Index remained unchanged at 208,938.3.

The Industry Index gained 198.02 points to register 87,116.3.

The Free Float Index scored 126.57 points to hit 105,337.54.

The TSE 30 was up 10.28 points to settle at 4,345.2 and the TSE 50 gained 16.86 points to finish at 4,093.9.

 IFX Up 1.38%

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX gained 15.03 points or 1.38% to close Monday trade at 1,107.32.

About 345.64 million securities valued at $26.93 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Esfahan Steel Company witnessed the highest number of traded shares and trade value, as 47.76 million of its shares worth 841,805 changed hands.

Zangan Zinc Industries, Tehran Housing Investment Company and Pardis Housing Investment Company registered the highest value increase.

Tuka Refractories, Bulk Alborz Company and Pegah Fars Dairy Company suffered the biggest decline.

Marun Petrochemical Company, Zagros Petrochemical Company and Damavand Power Generation Company had the most positive impact on IFX.
