TEDPIX Gives Up 106 Points in Tuesday Trade

Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index lost 106 points or 0.11% to end Tuesday trade at 97,927.5.

About 1.53 billion shares valued at $77.73 million changed hands at TSE for the day.

Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.

Mashhad Wheel Company was the biggest riser, going up 9.41% to 1,058 rials per share.

NILZ Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies, as it went down 4.81% to 3,284 rials per share.

Mobarakeh Steel Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Parsian Oil and Gas Development Group, and Civil Pension Fund Investment Company.

Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Complex was the biggest laggard behind the benchmark’s fall, followed by Asan Pardakht Persian and Iran National Copper Industry Company.

The Price Index lost 33.82 points to close at 31,274.8.

The First Market Index was down 35.38 points to post 69,418.3. 

The Second Market Index shed 435.09 points to reach 209,284.9. The Industry Index gave up 68.79 points to register 86,909.1. The Free Float Index went down by 131.08 points to end at 104,983.93.

The TSE 30 scored 2.46 points to settle at 4,324.1 while the TSE 50 gained 2.09 points to finish at 4,080.8.

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX lost 5.71 points or 0.52% to close Tuesday trade at 1,086.44.

About 279.47 million securities valued at $49.20 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Tabarok Company witnessed the highest number of traded shares, as 7.11 million of its shares were traded.

Zagros Petrochemical Company registered the highest trade value, with the trading of shares worth $1.69 billion.

MobinOne Kish Company, Shahr-e-Kord Zagros Meat & Dairy Company and Sobhan Investment Company registered the highest value increase.

Caspian Tamin Pharmaceutical Company, Asia Zarin Madan Company and Marjankar Company suffered the biggest decline.

Marun Petrochemical Company, Hormozgan Steel Company and Iran Cultural Heritage and Tourism Investment Corporation had the most negative impact on IFX.
