TEDPIX Ends Trading at 95,929

Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index lost 311.74 points or 0.32% to end Wednesday trade at 95,929.5.

About 1.45 billion shares valued at $70.54 million changed hands at TSE for the day.

Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.

Petrochemical Industries Investment Company was the biggest riser, going up 5.93% to 1,464 rials per share.

Kaveh Paper Industries incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies, as it went down 4.98% to 2,402 rials per share.

Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company weighed the most on TEDPIX, followed by Mobarakeh Steel Company and Iran National Copper Industry Company.

Telecommunications Company of Iran gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Khuzestan Steel Company and Calcimine Company.

The Price Index shed 99.86 points to close at 30,745.9.

The First Market Index was down 194.14 points to post 68.069.8.

The Second Market Index lost 807.40 points to reach 204,654.4.

The Industry Index gave up 308.95 points to register 84,601.4.

The Free Float Index went down by 323.81 points to end at 102,997.16.

The TSE 30 fell by 17.47 points to settle at 4,196.3 and the TSE 50 dropped 17.32 points to finish at 3,987.1.

 IFX Loses 0.35 Points

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX lost 0.35 points or 0.03% to close Wednesday trade at 1,055.35.

About 434.01 million securities valued at $31.83 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Shirvan Sugar Company witnessed the highest number of traded shares and trade value, as 69.703 million of its shares worth $2.34 were traded.

Teliseh Nemooneh Company, Shomal-e-Shargh-e-Shahroud Industrial and Mining Company, and Asia Zarin Madan registered the highest value increase.

Tolid Darou Pharmaceutical Company, Mavad Vizhe Lia Company and Alborz Bulk Company suffered the biggest decline.
