Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index gained 33.38 points or 0.03% to end Tuesday trade at 96,241.3.
The stability in the movement of the benchmark index comes after its wild fluctuations in the past few days.
About 1.3 billion shares valued at $65.12 million changed hands at TSE for the day.
Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.
Iran Manganese Mines Company was the biggest riser, going up 4.64% to 5,324 rials per share.
Isfahan Cement Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies, as it went down 18.92% to 10,574 rials per share.
Parsian Oil and Gas Development Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Iran National Copper Industry Company and Khuzestan Steel Company.
Eqtesad Novin Bank weighed the most on TEDPIX, followed by Mobarakeh Steel Company and Isfahan Cement Company.
The Price Index added 10.68 points to close at 30,845.9.
The First Market Index was up 39.46 points to post 68.264.
The Second Market Index lost 12.46 points to reach 205,462.5.
The Industry Index gathered 36.06 points to register 84,910.4.
The Free Float Index scored 14.26 points to hit 103,321.26.
The TSE 30 rose by 10.19 points to settle at 4,213.8 and the TSE 50 gained 4.63 points to finish at 4,004.4.
IFX Loses 2.83 Points
Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX lost 2.83 points or 0.27% to close Tuesday trade at 1,055.5.
About 533.17 million securities valued at $34.06 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.
Esfahan Steel Company witnessed the highest number of traded shares and trade value, as 131.462 million of its shares worth $2.56 million were traded.
Day Insurance, Esfahan Steel Company and Marjankar Company registered the highest value increase.
Tolid Darou Pharmaceutical Company, Alborz Bulk Company and Sobhan Oncology Company suffered the biggest decline.
